Performance Evaluation System Analysis of Ecological Management Project under the Perspective of Public Value

Ecological management performance of the project has received much attention, but the lack of value in the management of ecological construction projects leads to low efficiency of the project and the waste of resources. Researchers think that the ecological management performance evaluation needs to be more focused on project itself in the perspective of public value pursuit. Different from other projects, externality and pure public welfare of the ecological management project pursue public satisfaction, which is embodied in justice, democracy, efficiency, economy, and sustainable value. Combined with the practice of ecological projects, in-depth analysis in public value determination, production creation, and transmission process is taken, based on which the ecological evaluation system composed of "process and the results" is built in order to evaluate ecological management projects more accurately and comprehensively.
