A Study on Value Co-creation in Supply Chain: The Literature Review

Abstract
In recent years, due to the development of social networks, the participation of the public is getting higher and higher, and the value co-creation has extended into the field of supply chain. In this paper, CNKI and Web of Science are chosen respectively as the Chinese and foreign literature data sources, and through bibliometrics and content analysis, value co-creation research is analyzed from the literature published between 2003 and 2017. This paper adopts the bibliometric method to analyze them in respects of published years, keywords, research directions, fund sourcesm, and other dimensions. The statistical analysis shows that the contents of the study can be classified into three themes: the value co-creation between the individual and the enterprise, the value co-creation between the enterprises, and the value co-creation of the consumers. In addition, the research results of each topic conduct through content analysis. The supply chain value creation has become a hot and key issue, and the study of the value cocreation of the supply chain is of important theoretical and practical significance.
