Study on the Construction Path of Local Government in Our Country

At present, China is actively building a new governance pattern of a responsible government, but there are still many problems, especially in the local government level. Cooper’s administrative ethics thought is of referential significance for constructing a responsible government in our country. Based on this, from four aspects of personal quality, organizational structure, organizational culture, and social expect, this paper presents a model analysis of realizing the responsible government construction in our country as well as the suggestion on paths.
