Evaluation of E-commerce Logistics Provider Based on T-PIGN-TOPSIS in Internet+ Environment

  • Logistics distribution is important for e-commerce. Combining the characteristics of e-commerce enterprises, a logistics supplier evaluation index system in Internet+ environment is proposed. To overcome the problem that the index is difficult to be quantified, the three-parameter interval grey number (T-PIGN) is introduced to measure the index. Taking into account the upper and lower limits and the center point of the three-parameter interval grey number and the decision-maker's preference, the sorting method based on possibility and the distance calculation method of three-parameter interval grey number are put forward. On this basis, a decision method based on T-PIGN-TOPSIS is proposed. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of this method.
