Realistic Predicament of Our Country’s Citizen Governance and Path Optimization from the Perspective of Administrative Ecology

Citizen governance by introducing the citizen participation and building a multiple governance system has become an important way of China’s socialist deliberative democracy. From the perspective of administrative ecology, there are realistic predicaments in our country's citizen governance, namely the poor balance, weak interactivity, high complexity, low associativity, and lack of the concept. Therefore, based on the exploration of interaction of the citizen governance system with the political system, economic system, social system, communication network system, and symbol system, the citizen governance system analysis model is constructed, and the optimum path of the development of citizen governance is put forward.
