Abstract
The supervision achieves self-discipline from a new perspective of psychological contract, which can avoid the work lag caused by the information asymmetry, reduce the supervision cost, and improve the supervision efficiency. Based on the empirical research, this study analyzes the psychological contract and credit behavior of SEM (structural equation model), and manages the management engineer's credit from the perspective of implicit contract for a long time. The consequences indicate that the organizational commitment and organizational justice have significantly positive impacts on the credit behavior of the supervisory engineer's psychological contract.
