Exploration of the Sustainable Development of High-Tech Industrial Park Under the Perspective of Local Governance—Take Guangzhou Tianhe High-Tech & Software Park as an Example

The sustainable development of high-tech industrial park has attracted extensive public attention. Based on the perspective of local governance, the study takes Guangzhou Tianhe High-tech & Software Park as an Example, presents and analyzes the confronting problems for sustainable development of High-tech Industrial Park, including developing potential under decelerated growth of GDP, the bottlenecks of industrial chain, and the facilities and infrastructures of Park. Based on above analysis, this paper proposes following countermeasures. First, the government should optimize the local governance and upgrade the model of the aggregation of industry. Second, The government should optimize the function orientation and build a complete chain of the high-tech industry. Third, the government should improve the policy support system, and provide the comprehensive support network. This paper can provide a reference to the local governance of High-tech Industrial Park and the further development of the regional industrial clusters.
