Study of the Influence of Multi-Campus Running on the University Staffs

Through the questionnaire investigation, this paper studies the situations of stress, job burnout, and job satisfaction of the university staffs with multi-campus running, and makes a comparison with others working in the single campus. The results show that the job satisfaction of the university staffs working in the single campus is significantly greater than that of the university staffs with multi-campus running. According to the results of the research, we provide advices to the school management of the university staffs.
