Abstract
The performance assessment of the procuratorial personnel is an important part of the procuratorial work, and it is the booster of the comprehensive reform of the procuratorial management system. The People’s Procuratorate of Chengdu uses the method of Balance Score Card to construct the performance assessment system of the procuratorial personnel, and applies the 360 degree performance assessment method to the actual operation of the assessment system. It provides the theory and method support for scientific and effective performance assessment of procuratorial personnel.
