New Approach of Humanities Education in University of Science and Engineering—“Task and Sharing” Curriculum Construction

  • This paper analyzes the status quo of humanities education in science and engineering university, and concludes that the main teaching methods in humanities education in science and engineering university are classroom teaching and extra-curricular activities. However, both of the two methods have their limitations. Then this paper analyzes the new development of educational theory and puts forward the " task and sharing” type in humanities education classroom, which is based on the perspective of MOOC model. This new teaching method emphasizes network platform, online learning, and offline sharing. The " task and sharing” teaching method may be a useful method in humanistic education in science and engineering university.
