Event-Path Analysis: Perspective of Paradox and Existentialism

  • The complexity and variety of the external environment makes organization face the more uncertainty and contradiction. Why and how can things release the potential under dynamic complex conditions? It is necessary to discover a more suitable method to carry out these researches. In our view, the contradiction persist the whole process of the development of things, and the events constitute the process and situation of the development of things. We continuously explore an event path analysis method. It takes overall events as a clue, carrying on the overall analysis of dimensions including contradictions in the process of the event, thereby rendering the process path to find the latent process of evolution and development.
