Green Development: The Strategic Choice of the Innovation of Rural Social Governance

Since the reform and opening up, the rural reform makes remarkable achievements, but it also causes serious environment problems. In the rural social governance, upholding green development concept and establishing the protecting environment idea need to be insisted on in order to improve the rural green development. The rural environment construction should be guaranteed by laws and meanwhile the green GDP be considered as an influence factor of leaders’ evaluation system. Besides, a new governance pattern should be constructed including the governments’ leading, enterprises’ responsibilities, and public’s participation.
