Research of the Government's Governance Ability Ascension Path Under the Background of New Normal

Promoting the modernization of our country's governance system and the governance ability has become the new normal of social governance. How to enhance the government's ability under the background of the new normal is of significance for the economic development and social progress. Therefore, starting from the new normal, this paper analyzes the necessity of improving the ability of government governance. To overcome the realistic dilemma that the government faces when governing, this paper puts forward strategies of perfecting the governance system, transforming the mode of government management concept, innovating the government management strategies, and improving the government management tool so as to improve the governance ability.
