On Construction of University Logistics Culture System and Talents Cultivation in the Perspective of System Theory

Talents cultivation in collage and university is a comprehensive project, of which logistics management service is its integral part. As an important part of college campus culture, the influence of college logistics culture on the growth of college students receives growing attention from education administrators. This paper introduces the system theory to discuss the construction of logistics culture as well as its special role played in the enhancement of talents cultivation quality.
