Construction of Internet Financial Legal Regulation Logic

The deficiencies in the process of the development of Internet financial industry show that there are no clear regulatory logic guidelines, even the forced specific legal regulation mechanism can make up for the defects of the current system, it also faces the problem of high risk and high system cost. This paper presents that we should sort out the logic of legal regulation of financial technology, locate the current logic node accurately which is based on the current status of Internet finance, implement specific measures for the more and more important issues, reduce the cost of system running in the process of financial innovation, protect the financial interests of consumers, construct the social credit system, and promote the development of Internet finance, so as to create a favorable external environment for the emergence of new forms of financial technology.
