  • The civil law is in a basic law position in the legal system. Since the reform and opening-up, China's Civil Law has achieved a leap from nothing to something, and it has become an important law to ensure the construction of the market economic system and protect the rights of the people. However, there are still certain deficiencies in the current Civil Law due to the historical limitations, which faces challenges. Only by enacting the civil code can China's Civil Law be perfected and developed truly.
