Abstract
Taking leaders of undergraduate students in a domestic university as a sample, this paper explores the impact of college students’ implicit leadership theory (ILTs) and motivation to lead (MTL) on their transformational leadership behavior (TL). The research results show that the ITLs prototype is positively related to the MTL, and the MTL partially mediates the positive relationship between the ILTs prototypes and the TL. On this basis, the significance and application value of this discovery to the cultivation of college students’ leadership isput forward.
