Construction of Public Service System in the Era of Sharing Economy—Take an Example of Bicycle-Sharing

As a new mode of economic development, sharing economy rapidly integrates into all aspects of social and economic development. As Chinese sharing economy, bicycle-sharing emerged with the demand of the public service and attracted extensive concerns and reviews from the society. Bicycle-sharing plays an active role in solving the problem of "the last kilometer”, reducing the pressure on urban traffics, and realizing the green travel, but it also brings a series of public management problems. Taking the bicycle-sharing for example, by analyzing the new changes and the difficulties in practice of public service in the sharing economy era, a public service system of co-opening, co-building and sharing in the sharing economy era is constructed, and corresponding countermeasures are proposed to realize the sharing, co-governance and co-development of the society.
