Thoughts on the Construction of Intellectual Property Service Quality Evaluation System

In recent years, our country has put increasing emphasis on the development of intellectual property rights and its service industry. Consequently, a number of intellectual property service agencies have been risen constantly, which effectively advances the fast development of China's intellectual property service industry. However, the relatively low intellectual property service capability severely restricts the healthy development of China’s intellectual property service industry, so it is urgent to establish and improve the quality evaluation system of intellectual property services. In light of the scientific meaning of " intellectual property service” connotation and system research on the status quo of China’s intellectual property service standard system development, this paper presents two dimensions of service remediation and management information system based on Lehtinen’s service quality theory and PZB five-dimensional quality estimation model to construct a more complete evaluation system for the quality of intellectual property services.
