Exploring the Working Mode of Graduate Career Planning in the Internet Environment—Based on the Career development stage theory

In the Internet environment, graduate education management has brought new opportunities as well as new challenges. The connotation, objects, goals and requirements of graduate career planning guidance have also undergone tremendous changes, so it is urgent to explore new paths and new methods. This paper explores the guiding mode of graduate career planning in the Internet environment from the research perspective of career development stage theory, hoping to comprehensively improve graduates’ ability and quality.
