Research on the Influence of Negative Emotions of University Scientific Research Teams on Contextual Performance

  • The university is a knowledge-based organization, and the scientific research team is the main body of its knowledge creation. The construction of healthy scientific research team has an important influence on the improvement of scientific research level and comprehensive strength of universities. According to the theory of mood congruent, this paper believe that negative emotions will affect the contextual performance of scientific research team in universities. An empirical test was carried out by constructing a model of the impact of negative emotions on the contextual performance of university research teams and proposing corresponding hypotheses. The study enriches the research field of the research team and proposes strategies to prevent and attenuate negative emotions, improve contextual performance and provide theoretical guidance for building a healthy research team.
