Project Efficiency Evaluation of EPC Enterprises Based on HSE Perspective

It is very important to integrate HSE into the existing enterprise quality management system for the efficiency of EPC project. The project efficiency evaluation index system including two levels of HSE management performance is constructed by applying the method of questionnaire design, interviews and surveys. And then the SE-DEA comprehensive evaluation method of project efficiency is put forward. The empirical analysis of 8 projects shows that from the perspective of long-term development of EPC enterprises, the implementation of HSE management system can help enterprises reduce or avoid project risks and improve project efficiency. The research results will help related companies to pay attention to the improvement of the enterprise management system and effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
