China has set up 12 free trade pilot zones to form a " 1+3+7+1” pattern. Since the modern service industry is an important part of the free trade zone, if you want the free trade zone to develop healthily and rapidly, It is urgently needed for local governments to set up platforms. The development of modern service industry needs to have good public service facilities as the basis, and preferential policies as a guarantee and high social consumption demand as the driving force. The reality is that many local governments have not identified the key factors that promote the development of modern service industries. In this regard, it is proposed to take the development of modern logistics industry in the modern service industry as the research goal, and take the China (Sichuan) Free Trade Area as the research object, compare each city horizontally, and vertically compare the various influencing factors. Then this paper selects the key factors that affect the development of modern logistics industry, and proposes the path measures for local governments to promote modern service industry.
