Research on the Coupling Harmonious Development Between Catastrophe Risk Dispersion Mechanism of Agricultural Insurance and Rural Revitalization

Purpose/Significance Along with the promotion of rural revitalization strategy, the risk dispersion mechanism of agricultural insurance will be enriched and improved. Design/Methodology Based on the data between 2008 and 2017, this paper studies the coupling harmonious degree between catastrophe risk dispersion mechanism of agricultural insurance and rural revitalization by means of coupling harmonious degree model, and further studies the relevance between catastrophe risk dispersion environment, capability, awareness, mode and rural revitalization via grey relational analysis. Findings/Conclusions First of all, the coupling harmonious degree between catastrophe risk dispersal mechanism of agricultural insurance and rural revitalization has evolved from a slight imbalance stage below 0.5 to a primary harmonious stage between 0.6 and 0.7 and then to a good harmonious stage between 0.8 and 0.9. Secondly, the fluctuating trend can be seen in the relevance among catastrophe risk dispersion environment, catastrophe risk dispersion capability of agricultural insurance and rural revitalization. The relevance among catastrophe risk dispersion awareness of agricultural insurance, the catastrophe risk dispersion approach of agricultural insurance and rural revitalization shows a trend of increasing before decreasing.
