Abstract
Purpose/Significance General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the Symposium on Philosophical and Social Sciences promoted the development of philosophy and social sciences to a new stage. The development of innovative team of philosophy and social sciences is important to flourish philosophy and social sciences and promote the development of social progress. Bringing the positive role of the innovative team of philosophy and social sciences in socioeconomic construction is of great significance to the realization of an innovation-oriented national strategy. Design/Methodology This paper, based on the analysis of the characteristics of innovative team of philosophy and social sciences, defines the connotation of internal cooperation effectiveness. In addition, the Priority-Pointing Procedure is adopted to preliminarily identify and integrate the factors that affect the internal cooperation of the innovative team of social sciences. The DEMATEL method is applied to make an in-depth analysis of the relevance of influencing factors, thereby exploring the internal mechanism. Findings/Conclusions This paper analyzes the mechanism of influencing factors on the internal cooperation effectiveness of the innovative team of philosophy and social sciences, and concludes that the final cause factors affecting the internal cooperation effectiveness of the innovative team of philosophy and social sciences are interdisciplinary integration, communication and conflict management, while individual satisfaction and future development, distribution and application of outcomes are the final result factors. Finally, this paper puts forward the ways to improve the internal cooperation effectiveness of the innovative team of philosophy and social sciences.
