Abstract
Purpose/Significance The current domestic MOOC construction process is confronted with problems such as the lack of curriculum content, the curriculum design unable to meet the student demand and the social needs, the lack of sufficient technical support and resource support for MOOC construction, etc. Design/Methodology Based on Taylor’s classic theory of “course evaluation”, this paper constructs a quality evaluation system for MOOC, and conducts statistical analysis and comparative research on major MOOC platforms at home and abroad. Findings/Conclusions To optimize the current MOOC construction process, it is necessary to abandon the lagged concept that MOOC is merely a content provider, but rather set up a system chain service revolving around teaching content production, providing teaching resources, answering questions, learning guidance, receiving effect analysis and sharing learning results, thereby making MOOC a culturally integrated service platform. At the same time, the online and offline efforts should be made together to create a teaching brand on knowledge service, and achieve new leaps and new development of online courses.
