Exploring the Logical Structure of Patriotism in Cyberspace

Purpose/SignificanceThe changes in historical conditions and living environment have continuously given patriotism a new connotation of the times. An in-depth analysis and study of the evolution path of patriotism logic in cyberspace is not only the meaning of inheriting and carrying forward the patriotism tradition, but also the necessary act of theoretical innovation based on social practice.

Design/MethodologyThrough the comparative analysis of the field logic, performance logic and value logic of patriotism in cyberspace, the development situation, formation and meaning order of patriotism are clarified.

Findings/ConclusionThe spatial boundary of the virtual survival field regulates the survival and development direction of people in the network society, and it also affects and reshapes the spatial expression and research path of patriotism logic. The patriotic logic of cyberspace must follow the procedural thinking and symbolic expression of technology, covering both the online and offline discourse systems, integrating traditional and modern communication modes, taking into account both spiritual drive and behavioral choices. It should respond to the two dimensions of meaning orientation and meaning construction, and comprehensively promote patriotic education in the new era.
