Organizations and Optimization Designs of B2C Sharing Service Resources: Research Status and Prospect

  • Purpose/Significance In recent years, B2C sharing service, as an emerging business model of sharing economy, has been developing rapidly. In view of the new development trends and existing problems in current B2C sharing service practice, how to conduct the organization and optimization design of sharing service resources is a research topic of important theoretical and practical significance, and this is also a pioneering and challenging research. Design/Methodology This paper summarizes the main research findings regarding the organization and optimization design of B2C sharing service resources in recent years, and presents the future development trends and research prospects. Findings/Conclusions In the future, it is necessary to focus on the influences of differentiated service products, diverse service payment modes, the B2C sharing service platform’s social responsibility, the platform competition, the government intervention and the “blockchain + big data” technology on the organization and optimization design of sharing service resources, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the sharing economy industry.
