Abstract
Purpose/Significance Currently, industry-university-research cooperative knowledge transfer has attracted widespread attention in the industry, among which trust also plays a key driving role in the process of knowledge transfer. However, few studies currently pay attention to the dynamic evolution law of trust. Design/Methodology According to the perspective of trust, based on dividing trust into computing trust, relationship quality trust and institutional trust, a causal relationship model and system flow diagram of the influence of industry-university-research cooperation knowledge transfer are constructed. Furthermore, this paper uses Vensim PLE software to carry out model checking and sensitivity analysis on the constructed system dynamics model. Conclusions/Findings Studies have shown that computational trust, relationship quality trust, and institutional trust are all conducive to the transfer of industry-university-research cooperative knowledge, and the three have complementary effects. The research results can provide suggestions and references for the main body of industry-university-research cooperation to enhance trust and promote knowledge transfer.
