Abstract
Purpose/Significance Having a clear connotation of teacher morality is of great significance to the construction of teacher morality in universities. Design/Methodology At present, there are some differences in the understanding of the connotation of teacher morality in the domestic academia. The connotation of teacher morality in universities should adapt to the spirit of excellent traditional Chinese culture, the reality of contemporary China, the main problems of the current faculty and the requirements of strengthening the construction of modern universities. Findings/Conclusions In the practice of teacher morality construction, we should try to strengthen the modern transformation of traditional teacher morality culture, construct the teacher morality culture in the new era, integrate teacher morality into the whole process of human resources management in universities, improve relevant systems, and establish the long-term mechanism of teacher morality construction.
