Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification Research and Future Research Framework Construction Based on Digital Technology

Purpose/Significance In the era of digital economy, the role of digital technology has become increasingly prominent, and more and more entrepreneurs choose digital entrepreneurship. Therefore, the definition of digital technology, digital entrepreneurship and other core concepts and the mining of the process mechanism of digital technology enabling entrepreneurial opportunity identification have become an urgent research topic to be solved. Design/Methodology Through sorting out the relevant research on digital technology and digital entrepreneurship, the mechanism of the process of digital technology enabling entrepreneurs to identify entrepreneurial opportunities is analyzed from the perspective of entrepreneurs, and the framework of future research is constructed. Conclusions/Findings Digital technology improves the entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurs, stimulates their creative thinking, expands and deepens their social network, while the entrepreneurial intention, creative thinking and social network of entrepreneurs empowered by digital technology strengthen identification of entrepreneurial opportunities. Future research needs to further explore the possible influencing factors of digital entrepreneurial opportunity identification, explore the interaction mechanism between factors at different levels and the dynamic influence mechanism of cross-level factors on digital entrepreneurial opportunity identification, and carry out contextual research on digital entrepreneurial opportunity identification.
