Human Resource Management Driving by Artificial Intelligence Technology: Theoretical Research and Practical Application

  • Purpose/Significance The development of data mining, biometrics and other technologies has brought an intelligent impact to human. Many companies have tried to apply artificial intelligence (AI) technology for human resource management. Clarifying the theoretical research and practical application of AI technology in the field of human resource management is the key to promoting the intelligent development of enterprises. Design/Methodology By combing the relevant literature of AI technology and human resource management, this paper clearly expounds the concept of AI technology, comprehensively introduces the theoretical basis and application practice of AI technology in the field of human resource management, deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges. Conclusions/Findings AI technology has the advantages of improving the efficiency of human resource management and providing specifical service under unbiased evaluation, but there are also problems such as employees’ lack of security and labor relationship reform. In the future, it is necessary to further consolidate the theoretical foundation of AI in human resource management, optimize the application technology, and refine the application strategy.
