Theoretic Framework for the Relationship between Internal Process and External Process of Team

Teams have to increase the boundary management dramatically in response to competitive challenges and organizational needs, and at the same time, they still pay attention to internal process. It’s better using an open system perspective to improve team effectiveness. Although both of them compete for limited resources within a team, internal and external process may maintain synergistic and promotion relationship.
