Security Mechanism of Emergency Finance for Emergencies

Various types of emergencies occur frequently in our country. Under the control of government，emergency finance department protects public property and interests, thus the emergency fiscal has the extremely important status and plays a significant role in the emergency management. According to the existing problems in our country, it is necessary to strengthen emergency management and supervision during the preparatory phase, response phase and recovery phase. On this basis, the security mechanism of emergency finance is set up, including the financial mechanism of warning and preventing, the financial mechanism of emergency disposal, the financial mechanism of restoration and reconstruction, operating mechanism and supervision mechanism, in order to save people’ awareness and preventive measures.
