Research on the Earthquake Early Warning Release system and Counter-measures

The earthquake early warning system can effectively reduce the casualties and damage of earthquake disaster. The earthquake early warning information release system includes the release main body, object, content and distribution method, and so on. This paper analyzes the earthquake early warning system and its application and discusses the platform of the release main body. It divides the object into six types, distribution method into four types, and the content into three types. Finally, it puts forward effiective suggestions and measures.
