Exploratory factor analysis of data from a sample of 186 team rescuer show that resilience of Chinese rescue team on nonconventional emergency is a four-dimension construct, which includes collective efficacy, common belief, emotional support, and team flexibility. Confirmatory factor analysis of data from another sample of 452 team rescuer and internal consistency analyses show that the resilience questionnaire of rescue team has suitable reliability and high validity, which will be used for assessing the coping ability of rescue team, and it provides the theoretic foundation and the measuring tool for researching and training emergency management team in the future
