  • From the perspective of regional innovation system, the paper constructs an evaluation index system of undertaking industrial transfer and makes an empirical study on Midwest area undertaking eastern industrial transfer performance using the factor analysis method. Then according to empirical analysis results, the paper provides relevant policy suggestions on Midwest area undertaking eastern industrial transfer.
