Research on New Approaches of Self-Efficacy Theory Based University Dormitory Cultural Cultivation

University student dormitory is considered as "ground zero" for the efforts of cultural cultivation. The essential purpose of dorm-based cultural cultivation lies in cultivating students through the process of dormitory cultural construction by their own hands. We aim at stimulating their initiative and motivation to accumulate the capability and experience to settle problems. And thus their consciousness of citizenship and humanity is hopeful to be prompted. More is likely to be beneficial when they extend their knowledge of social science into field practice. This article combines the core value of university cultural cultivation with its connotation. Led by self-efficacy theory, we make our way to explore and exploit such new approaches to stretch the function of dorm-based cultural cultivation to its full potential
