Important Experience and Revelation For the Affordable Housing Financing of Typical Countries and Regions

New urbanization development is inseparable from the construction of affordable housing, and the key of affordable housing construction is in financing. Learning the financing experience of developed countries and regions has important guiding significance to China’s urbanization. This paper analyzes and compares the construction and finance of affordable housing of six countries and regions concluding UK, USA, Germany, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Then, this paper summarizes their characteristics and presents proposals for the affordable housing financing of China in new ear.
