Derivative Enterprise’s Technology Research and Market Ability Development Path ——Based on the Longitudinal Case of East Steam Resin

This article aims at studying the derivative enterprise’s t technical and market ability development paths in the process of entrepreneurship by taking Dongqi Resin as the research object, which has developed for over 20 years. Studies have found that with the resource dependency in the matrix, technical and market ability present different evolution path in the derivative entrepreneurial process of the Dongqi Resin, and the two are not always the coordinated development, but both of the coordinated development is the inevitable requirement of the independent growth. In this article, through exploratory research to deeply analyze the entrepreneurial enterprise’s technical and market ability evolution path and the interactive process, it helps to understand the ability construction mechanism of the derivative enterprise in the verge of the parent company’s main business enterprises.
