Abstract
In the process of non-agriculturization, rural college students’ land problems are caused by the conflict between collective economic organizations membership flaws and dominant right of land contractual management rights because of his registered permanent residence emigrating from village. Meanwhile, considering the contrast between higher level of difficulty in integrating themselves into the fabric of city life and farmer identity become increasingly valuable, more and more rural students are beginning to pay attention to their land rights and interests obtained before entering the university. The problems of land contractual management rights in the process of rural college students’ non-agriculturization mainly include:(1)Contracted land is illegally recovered by collective economic organizations.(2)Revenue distribution of land expropriation compensation is chaotic. According to the actual situation of rural college students, four countermeasures which include land reserve, land transference, land substitution, and land quitting are designed in this paper. Finally, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward.
