Th Financing Model and Strategy Research Based on Syndication Loan with Joint Liability in Supply Chain

The supply chain financing model will achieve the win-win situation of both small and medium-sized enterprises and banks. When the small and medium-sized suppliers in the supply chain are encountered financial constraints, the upstream supplyiers will ally with downstream core enterprises in the supply chain to establish syndication Loan with joint liability financing model. This paper firstly builds the expected profit functions for the participation enterprises in supply chain, further analyzes relationship between decision variables and deduces the optimal decision-making value, and the impact upon the profit of the supply chain.
