Research on Relationship between University Logistics and Talent Cultivation

Personnel training are both an important strategy and a long-term systematic project in high education. In Outline of the National Medium-and-Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development, strategic theme of personnel training as center and overall promotion in high education quality has been put forward clearly. In this context, how to exert a more effective function of logistics in the process of personnel training turns to be a crucial issue, evoking profound considerations and researches. Being a fundamental and service-providing department, logistics plays an indispensable role in high education. Therefore, logistics should establish one center that providing high-quality services guarantees solid supports and then two basic concepts of “service ideology” and “culture ideology”, exercising its special function in the personnel training system of high education.
