The Empirical Analysis of Economic Development Mode transformation from the Perspective of TFP in Fujian ——Based on the Provincial Panel Data

The indicator of TFP (Total Factor Productivity) is calculated using the traditional C-D production function based on the provincial panel data of Cina in this paper. Moreover,the growth conditions of TFP and its contribution to economic development is obtained through the "Solow residual" calculation and Malmquist index decomposition, and from which the situation of the economic development mode transformation of Fujian Province is reflected. The conclusions show that the TFP of Fujian Province has been increasing rapidly since 1979 but still in a lower positon compared to the other provinces in East China. Meanwhile, the situation of the economic development mode transformation of Fujian Province is still in the quasi-intensive stage.
