Study on the Jungle Dilemma of Management Theories and Their Reconstruction

The current management theories gradually show the trend of jungle which greatly affects the systematization and inheritance of the theory itself as well as the guiding role of theories to practice. This article explores the reason for the Jungle Dilemma of management theories. Combined with management practice, the reason for disconnection between management theory and practice is analyzed. Finally, the reconstruction strategies of management theories that can be suitable for china practice are summarized.
