Abstract
Group-purchasing website in China is divided into two types of the platform and autonomy. From six aspects of positioning, business systems, profit model, the key resource capacity, cash flow and enterprise value, this paper analyzes the business models of the two types of group-purchasing website. It finds the problems of asymmetric information and fair competition mechanism between customers and businesses, customers and group-purchasing website, and businesses and businesses. Based on business systems, the profit model and key resources group-purchasing website business model can effectively solve the above problems, so as to achieve innovation of group-purchasing website business model.
