“Are you happy?”,who can answer this question?

“Are you happy?”is well-known by Chinese people in 2012 through an interview launched by CCTV, because this “simple” question followed so many funny or significant answers. As an expression of the popular sentiment, we must analysis its causes and effects. Social assistance is my paper’s point-cut, mainly talk about its importance in the construction about the personal life, people’s government and the whole society, as well as the obtain of the political legitimacy. Followed by its significance, I list three factors to explain its complexity, they are the obtain of the right, use of the collected money, the change of the mind between both sides. After that, I draw a conclusion that social assistance is the government’s natural responsibility, needs a good pattern of social participation, and may be conductive to build a harmonious relationship between the mass and the power holders. What’s more important is any beautiful propaganda must depend on solid and credible effects to benefit people. This paper is more like an academic essay, hopes to give some individual views for more sounds and viewpoints.
