Abstract
This paper puts forward some hypotheses and designs a simulation system based on the cellular automata method. The system simulates the principles of interaction and evolution of decision-making behavior by different groups, which is composed by individuals with different stress ability in response to unconventional emergency. Finally, the paper proposes a general recommendation on choosing decision-makers of unconventional emergency.
