Abstract: Ceramic is a great invention of the Chinese people, and it is of important intangible rich cultural connotations and values. As a characteristic cultural discourse symbol, the construction on its cultural discourse system has important theoretical significance and realistic value. Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, we should attach importance to the construction of ceramic culture discourse system, so as to inherit good ceramic culture, tell the story of ceramic culture, and enhance the soft power of Chinese culture. Therefore, we should make clear the three questions about the construction of ceramic culture discourse system: the connotation of ceramic culture discourse system, why, and how to construct the ceramic culture discourse system, so as to promote the ceramic culture and enhance the soft power and influence of culture.
