Abstract: The Belt and Road Initiative includes building Green Silk Road. As an important part of building Green Silk Road, the construction of ecological culture includes the value dimension, body dimension, and path dimension. From the perspective of value dimension, the ecological culture is the internal sharing wills of the Belt and Road Initiative, which has precondition and hierarchy and people of all countries are the beneficiary group. From the perspective of body dimension, the ecological culture highlights the " human community” and Chinese responsibility, which needs the multinational participation. From the perspective of path dimension, the ecological culture is guided by ecological values, which relies on the green development as a driving force and system construction as a guarantee.
